La demanda se rechazó porque el accionante, si bien incluyó nuevos argumentos en el escrito de corrección, éstos no fueron suficientes para subsanar las falencias identificadas en el auto de inadmisión.
Luego de analizar los argumentos del recurrente, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió negar el recurso impetrado y CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto recurrido.
